How do I purchase products online?

For an optimal shopping experience, we recommend that you use one of the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or above, Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome.

  1. Start from the navigation menu to select a category, such as Photo Albums. You can refine your search by selecting a subcategory or go directly to the product detail page by selecting the product.
  2. When you find an item/s you would like to purchase, enter the quantity and "Add to cart". At any time, you can view your shopping cart or checkout your items by clicking on the "Shopping cart" link at the top.
  3. Follow the instructions to complete your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please retain this for your records.

Are product photos accurate?

Pepperpot strives to provide accurate photos of our products. Slight colour variations may occur due to limitations of digital image quality and screen settings.

How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?

Orders are normally processed and shipped the next business day via Australia Post. Below is a general guideline for delivery times:

Domestic Shipments

Australia Post Standard 2-3 business days
Australia Post Express 1 business day

International shipments

Australia Post Standard Up to 14 business days.

How do you calculate shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order. Once you add products to your cart, on the Shopping Cart page, you may use the "Calculate Shipping" tab to determine the approximate cost.

We provide free shipping:

  • within Australia on orders valued at $50 AUD and over; and
  • for international addresses on orders valued at $150 AUD and over

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

What payment methods may I use?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club, and debit cards with the VISA or MasterCard logos on them.

Can I order using other methods?

Yes, ordering online is the quickest and easiest but you may also order by phone. When ordering by phone, please have ready your credit card information and stock numbers for the items you wish to order.

What is your exchange and returns policy?
